Product Executive
to join its product and partnerships team. This is a key commercial role focused on
insurance product performance, insurer relationships, pricing competitiveness, and data-driven growth

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, insurer partners, and internal teams to ensure the business has
best-in-market products and pricing

Key Responsibilities
* Support the development of strong commercial relationships with insurer partners
* Assist in building business cases to improve product offering, pricing, and performance
* Set, track, and manage insurer KPIs aligned to business targets
* Produce regular performance packs and insights for insurer partners
* Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve quotability, conversion, and retention
* Act as a key liaison between underwriting teams and sales/contact centre functions
* Challenge insurer pricing and underwriting decisions using performance and market data
* Deliver cross-functional projects aligned to trading and growth objectives
* Support ad-hoc product and performance initiatives as required
Experience & Qualifications
* Minimum
5 years' experience
working with
personal lines insurance products
* Strong understanding of
insurance P&Ls, pricing, and underwriting performance
* CIP qualified
(or equivalent)
* Degree in economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related discipline is advantageous
Skills & Competencies
* Strong analytical and commercial mindset
* Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
* Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
* High attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
* Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently
* Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills
