Reperio has partnered with a company that's looking for a sharp SAP SuccessFactors Analyst to power their digital HR evolution. If you're driven by streamlining HR processes, turning data into insight, and making SuccessFactors work smarter, this is your chance to make an impact. This role is an initial 6 months with potential for extension.
Responsibilities:
1. Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation).
2. Ensure system stability, resolve user issues, maintain data integrity, and optimize configurations for daily use.
3. Support integrations between SuccessFactors and other enterprise systems.
4. Collaborate with HR and IT to align system functions with strategic goals and contribute to cross-functional HR projects.
5. Identify system enhancement opportunities, stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors best practices, and support testing during release cycles.
Requirements:
6. Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors, including system configuration, user support, and troubleshooting
7. Experienced with HRIS integration tools and data flows
8. Strong team player, effective with internal and external stakeholders
9. Knowledge of time and attendance and SAP payroll is an asset
10. Experience with SuccessFactors implementation preferred exposure to S/4HANA is a plus, but not required
