* Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction at all times.
* Work closely with Optometrists to guarantee each customer receives a consistent quality handover.
* Manage post-sales service, including complaints and problem-solving, in a customer-centric manner.
* Contribute to individual and team sales targets through effective professional sales techniques.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Dispensing Optician who shares our store's ethos. They will take pride in their clinical judgment, be hands-on, and keen to build rapport with the rest of the team.
