Our client is a leading financial services firm providing investment, asset management, and financial solutions to clients globally. They are seeking a Financial Controller to join their team in Dublin. This role will focus on financial reporting, corporate controllership, and operational accounting, ideal for a finance professional with strong technical skills and financial services experience.Key Responsibilities:Perform accounting and financial analysis across multiple systems.Manage detailed equity and partnership accounting, including management fee and carried interest calculations.Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, including analysis and commentary; coordinate audits with external auditors.Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations, expense analysis, and regulatory reporting.Respond to ad-hoc requests and queries from internal stakeholders and clients.Lead or support projects to improve accounting processes, reporting, and operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, fund management, and client services.Qualifications:Undergraduate degree plus an ACA/ACCA/CPA Qualification or equivalent.5–8 years of accounting or financial services experience, ideally with knowledge of private funds, partnership accounting, or investment products.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); ERP system experience (e.g., SAP) is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong attention to detail.Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with adaptability to change.Package:Base salary between €90-110k DOEBonusPensionHealthcareLong list of other benefitsFor more information please contact Simon Morris in Morgan McKinley via LinkedIn DM or
