Reporting to:The Operations Manager on a daily basis, while liaising with General Manager and Hotel Manager to ensure that the agreed strategy is delivered across the various segments of the Conference & Beverage Department.The Person:We are seeking candidates with a proven track record in a Senior Supervisor or Management Hospitality Role who can demonstrate ability to successfully assist in managing and develop the Hotel while providing a consistent high level of service to our guests.The Hotel:The Castletroy Park Hotel, a leading Limerick Hotel, is ideally located in the heart of the Mid west of Ireland and is the closest 4* hotel in Limerick to the M7 motorway from Dublin.
