Your Role Lead and manage day-to-day operations within a designated centre.
Ensure compliance with HIQA, Health Act ****, and related legislation.
Support and mentor your team through supervision, training, and reflection.
Promote inclusion, dignity, and personal choice for all service users.
Engage with families, professionals, and regulatory bodies.
Manage resources effectively, balancing quality and accountability.
What You'll Need Level 8 qualification in Social Care, Applied Social Studies, Social Work, Psychology, or equivalent recognised by CORU, or Level 7 plus Management qualification (min. 30 ECTS, Level 6 or higher) in line with HIQA Regulation 14(7).
Minimum 3 years' management or supervisory experience in a health or social care setting.
Strong understanding of HIQA, Children First Act ****, Disability Act ****, and GDPR.
Full, clean driving licence.
