Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly targets by processing invoice and claim documentation for retail, warranty, and contract job packs.
* Ensure timely and accurate digital filing of job packs and run daily invoicing reports to support trend analysis.
* Resolve invoice-related queries in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle information, supporting the preparation and completion of warranty, contract, and retail audits. Collaborate with workshop teams for efficient job pack processing.
