Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid) A well-established Main Contractor in Dublin is looking to grow its team by hiring an intermediate level Quantity Surveyor.Ensure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Based in Dublin City (Northside of Liffey), this role involves managing large-scale commercial projects, building strong stakeholder relationships, analysing and reporting complex data, and ensuring projects are delivered with efficiency and precision.Role & Duties: Lead and support the commercial team, providing training and ongoing guidance.Oversee cost plan preparation for complex projects, ensuring accurate data and analysis.Prepare long-term cash forecasts, analyse results, and optimise cash flow.Identify and negotiate unfavourable contract terms to secure better outcomes.Requirements: Third level qualification Quantity Surveying.2+ years industry experience, having worked on commercial / residential projects.Exceptional skills in communication, reporting, leadership, and relationship management.
