Senior Income Protections Claims Assessor
About the Role
We're seeking a skilled professional to manage income protection and specified illness claims, ensuring compliance and prioritizing customer satisfaction. This role requires empathy, compassion, and effective stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Awareness of claim assessment processes in relation to income protection insurance contracts
* Critical case management of income protection claims; working with clients and clinical providers to develop rehabilitation plans leading to successful outcomes (claims settled successfully)
The successful candidate will have:
(i) Significant experience in managing complex claims within a regulated industry;
