In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding new talent while also providing administrative support to our HR department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and a deep understanding of HR processes.

Talent Acquisition: Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture. Candidate Experience: Manage job postings, review applications, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment process. Onboarding & Induction: Support the end-to-end onboarding process, including preparing welcome kits, arranging inductions, and liaising with internal teams to ensure a great start for new hires. HR Administration: Draft and update employment contracts, letters, reference checks, and other HR-related documents with accuracy and confidentiality. Employee Records & Systems: Maintain up-to-date employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR regulations. Student & Erasmus Programmes: Support Erasmus+ initiatives and liaise with local schools and institutions to coordinate student placements and internship programmes. Policy & Process Support: Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and documentation. Key Functional Competencies (You possess the following) Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in recruiting candidates across various roles and levels.Administrative Proficiency: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.HR Knowledge: Sound understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with HR software and tools for recruitment and administrative tasks.Problem-Solving: Ability to identify challenges and proactively implement solutions to ensure smooth HR operations.Individual Competencies (You are able to) Adaptability: Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve common goals.Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Initiative: Take proactive steps to improve processes and contribute positively to the HR function.Customer Focus: Prioritize candidate and employee satisfaction by delivering exceptional HR services.
