Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional technical support to end-users, addressing their concerns efficiently.
* Analyze and troubleshoot IT problems across various operating systems, applications, and networks.
* Collaborate with engineers to develop automation workflows that minimize manual interventions.
* Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems like Jira and ServiceNow.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and user experience.
* Participate in shift rotations covering 24/7 support.
Requirements
* Technical Expertise:
o Productivity Tools: Experience in troubleshooting Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack.
o Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows & macOS support and issue resolution.
o Help Desk Platforms: Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or FreshDesk.
o Networking: Understanding of TCP/IP, common protocols, and network troubleshooting.
o Identity & Access Management: Knowledge of user provisioning and access security.
o Mobile Device Management: Experience with JAMF or similar platforms is beneficial.
* Non-Technical Skills:
o Excellent communication skills – able to explain complex concepts to non-technical users.
o A proactive mindset – always looking for ways to improve processes and optimize workflows.
o Ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure.
o Team player – able to coordinate across organizations to resolve issues efficiently.
* Experience & Education:
o At least 2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a helpdesk environment.
