We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in procuring BOQ items for projects
* Support the site manager in planning civil and structural installations
* Ensure project delivery within timelines and resources allocated
* Prepare operational reports, method statements, and commissioning schedules
* Manage Health & Safety documentation and enforce safe work practices
* Liaise with design teams and supply chains to ensure compliance
* Review RFIs, technical queries, and submittals
* Conduct sub-contractor inspections and chair technical meetings
Requirements
* Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role
* Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Office, and project software
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
* Full EU/Irish driving license
* Strong knowledge of engineering, construction, and design principles
