**Job Title:** Head Chef in a Busy Restaurant Environment
We are currently seeking an experienced Head/Sous Chef to manage the kitchen areas and personnel, ensuring the quality preparation of all menu items. Key responsibilities include coordinating roster scheduling, overseeing staff productivity and performance, and controlling service from the front.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive Bar Food and bistro style experience
* Ability to prioritise, organise and delegate work assignments
* Knowledge of HACCP implementation and documentation
