Job Description
We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operational activities of our tourist related business in Killarney.
* Coordinate and oversee daily operations, including tour schedules, bookings, and customer service.
* Communicate with staff and third-party vendors to ensure all arrangements run smoothly.
* Manage and update booking systems, itineraries, and schedules.
* Monitor operational performance and address any issues promptly to minimize disruption.
This will mostly be a Monday to Friday position, 9am to 6pm, but will include occasional evening work and weekend requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* A proven track record of experience in operations or coordination within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-first attitude.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with local and international tourism trends and regulations.
* A problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected challenges calmly.
