Excel Recruitment are looking for a Head Chef for a property in Westmeath.
We are searching for an experienced Head or Sous Chef to manage a busy hotel kitchen which includes restaurant, bar and conferencing.
Requirements of Head Chef: 3 years experience in Head Chef or Sous Chef role in a busy bar, restaurant or hotel Experience in creating and developing seasonal menus to offer a range choices to customers Strong background in kitchen financials, including Gross Profit, Purchasing, Waste Management Previous experience leading and developing a team of chefs, to enable each to reach their full potential Solid knowledge of food safety management systems Willing to work flexible shifts in line with business requirements, including weekends Full legal right to work in Ireland In return the successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary and be afforded an opportunity to develop new seasonal menus with their own stamp on it.
