Job Title: Part-Time Office Manager / Administrator
Hours: Approximately 25 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure standard procedures are followed
* Answer telephone calls professionally and handle customer inquiries
* Record and manage leads accurately
* Perform bookkeeping tasks, including invoice input and reconciliation of banking statements
* Liaise with accountants and suppliers to maintain accurate financial records
* Support the team with general administrative duties
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and telephone etiquette
* Ability to work on your own initiative and solve problems effectively
* Proficiency with office software and accounting tools, such as Zoho Books, Microsoft 365.
