Matrix Recruitment are partnering with a market-leading manufacturing company in the building products sector to recruit an Estimating & Contracts Coordinator. This is a permanent position, based in Kilkenny.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and innovative organisation that continues to grow. You’ll play a key role in the commercial team, supporting tenders, managing contracts, and ensuring pricing and project data is accurate and on point.
Your new job
Key duties and responsibilities:
* Preparing costings, quotes, and tender documents.
* Managing contract records, renewals, and correspondence.
* Analysing pricing and performance data to support margin growth.
* Coordinating with Estimating, Sales, and Project teams.
* Updating ERP and CRM systems with accurate information.
* Researching new project leads and competitor activity.
* Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and KPI reporting.
What are we looking for?
* 3–5 years’ experience in estimating, contracts administration, or commercial coordination.
* Excellent organisational skills and a high level of accuracy under pressure.
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to analyse and interpret data.
* Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP or contract management software.
* Confident communicator with a positive, team-focused approach.
* Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
