Administrative Support Position
The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to consultants and out-patient teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Offer high-quality reception, secretarial, and administrative assistance.
* Demonstrate exceptional typing skills, data entry proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong organizational abilities.
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Display discretion and confidentiality at all times.
This position requires flexibility as it may involve working at multiple locations. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a high level of administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
* Possess recognized qualifications in administration or a related field.
* Hold a minimum of 5 years' current administrative experience with evidence of growing responsibility.
* Previous experience within a medical or similar setting is highly advantageous.
* Possess a full driving license and have access to a reliable means of transportation.
