Expectations and Tasks
* Get opportunity to work closely with one of many big global customers.
* Part of our Premium Engagement – MaxAttention program service delivery.
* Working with critical customer situations in your area of expertise to ensure any go‑live/production‑down issues are resolved.
* Acting as SME in your area of expertise ensuring and providing quality assurance for key design decision reviews and also supporting customers and partners during build phase.
* Applying techno‑functional skills in solving customer design and build issues or challenges.
* Aligning internally with different SAP product teams on product roadmaps to ensure customers are choosing the right paths during their implementation/upgrade life cycles.
* Advising customers on best practices, most optimum approaches in relation to your supported SAP product areas involved in customer implementations.
* Reviewing their design and ensuring they are following SAP best practices to achieve successful outcomes and to mitigate any risks of using too many enhancements/customizations.
* Applying programming and debugging skills as well in certain cases.
Experience
* Experience in building scenarios with use of SAP or partner AI technologies:
o Joule
o Agents
o Machine learning
o Generative AI
o Others e.g. S/4HANA ISLM, non‑SAP tools etc.
* Experience with using SAP BTP:
o iRPA
o Workflow
o Cash Application
o Intelligent GR/IR
o Other BTP tools or solutions
* Experience with Central Finance module of S/4HANA:
o Planning
o Implementation
o Troubleshooting all components including AIF
o Central Payments
o Finance and Controlling aspects of CFIN
o Performance tuning
o Debugging
o S/4HANA upgrades with CFIN module
Additional Experience
* Group Reporting and one or more modules below:
o Data collection, forms, integration
o Best practices for Consolidation, Consolidation and Core processes
o Embedded Analytics for Group Reporting
o Intercompany Matching and Reconciliation
o Master Data, Configuration
o Group Journal Entry
o Group Financial Statement
o Analytics & Planning via SAC
o Validation Engine
* Additional experience with any SAP FICO modules will be an advantage.
* Experience with implementing SAP DRC will be an advantage.
* Experience with S/4HANA transformation (e.g. conversion, new implementation, selective data transition).
* Experience with ABAP or at minimum debugging skills.
* Former or current SAP IMS/Development experience will be an advantage.
* Graduated with an Honours Degree in IT/Computer Science/Physics/Mathematics/Engineering or related discipline.
* Excellent customer focus, teamwork and communication skills (oral/written).
* Fluent in written and spoken English.
* Valid work permit for EU.
