This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team dedicated to identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace health risks, including hazardous chemicals, indoor air quality, noise/vibration monitoring, and more across a range of industry sectors.
This is a permanent role based in Co.
Kildare and will require travel across Ireland.
The Role Field Work: Travel across Ireland and beyond to assess exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, etc.
Reporting: Compile high-quality reports based on your site work.
Autonomy: Manage your workload and diary with team support.
Equipment Handling: Manage and calibrate equipment and samples.
Data Analysis: Perform data and sample analysis and give expert advice when needed.
The Person Passion: A keen interest in workplace health, especially human exposure to physical, chemical and biological hazards.
Education: Ideally, a Postgraduate qualification in occupational health and safety or a related field, at a minimum a bachelors degree in biology, chemistry, workplace health and safety, engineering, physics, or a science-related field required.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, numerical interpretation, organisational, and communication skills.
Ability to be independent.
Practicality: Good observational skills and competency in office applications.
Mobility: A car and full driving license are essential.
