Cantec began building a dedicated SmartOffice sales division in 2024, saw strong recurring revenue growth in 2025, and is nowhiring a Sales Executive to support the next stage of expansion.What you'll be doingFull sales cycle, speaking with finance teams who manage a steady volume of supplier invoices:• Prospecting via phone, email and LinkedIn• Running discovery calls & demos (support provided during ramp)• Managing pipeline and closing new businessConsistency matters more than big one-off months.You'll do well here if you have:Outbound B2B sales experience such as:• Inside sales, field sales, business development, telesales, or 360 recruitment• Comfortable owning your pipeline and picking up the phoneHelpful (not required): experience in construction, logistics, hospitality, pharmacy or other invoice-heavy sectors.Also suits people with backgrounds in:• Competitive sport (coaching, progression, resilience)• Running a business/side-business (pricing, margins, customers)• Finance/AP/purchasing admin (invoices, statements, POs, month-end)Progression & future pathThis role is for someone who wants to grow with the division.Performance-based progression:Sales Executive → Senior AE (~12 months) → Team Lead → Sales Manager as the division scales.Compensation, responsibility and influence increase meaningfully at each step.This won't be the right fit if:• You need remote/hybrid work• You have no outbound sales experience• You prefer inbound/marketing-led environments• Consistent weekly activity isn't your styleApply via Easy ApplyShortlisted applicants should come prepared with their view on:• Who SmartOffice is a strong fit for, and why• How they would approach outbound in this marketInterviews are conversational.
