One of Six properties within the Só Hotel Group, there are significant progression and development opportunities for ambitious and driven hospitality professionals.The Role: As an Accommodation Supervisor with Só Hotels you will you will assist the Accommodation Assistant Manager and Accommodation Manager in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Accommodations department.

Responsible: As the Accommodation Supervisor, ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out in line with department and Hotel standards. To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times. To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements

Complete accommodation worksheets before the staff start their shift, making sure that any special requests are noted.

* Monitors job performance pertaining to the level of cleanliness.
* Compiles and reports accurate status of guest rooms to the Front Office department.
* Monitors and maintains a high level of cleanliness in rooms, storage areas, linen rooms, offices, laundry, restrooms and public areas. Maintains room quality as per checklist.
* Ensures daily line up and departmental meetings are completed according to SOPs.
* Enforces standard procedures for the acceptance, security and return on guest lost and found items.
* Works closely with Maintenance to coordinate projects for the guest rooms. Reports to the front office in the morning to retrieve the housekeeping keys and again at the end of the day to turn the keys in.
* Ensures quality services are rendered in meeting guest needs and that guest relations are enhanced. Conducts inventories of linen, supplies and equipment as required.
* Orders and receives supplies so as to maintain adequate inventory levels.
* Enforces the hotel's policies and procedures.
* Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and employee safety in fire or other emergency situations.
* To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay
* To anticipate guests needs whenever possible to enhance quality service and in turn enhance guest satisfaction
* To assist in achieving Hotel and Departmental goals in relation to mystery audits, customer comment index, Só Hotels quality evaluation and Combined Quality Index
* To assist guests at all times. To become fully aware of 100% guest satisfaction and to implement agreed practices at all times
* To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently
* To use initiative in relation to the speedy resolution of guests queries or problems
* To report on all guest feedback to Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €29,000.00-€31,000.00 per year
