Experienced Chefs de Partie Opportunity
We are currently recruiting skilled Chefs de Partie to join our team of experienced chefs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for culinary arts to gain invaluable experience working alongside and supporting the Sous and Head Chef.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create and cook dishes to the highest standards in our fine dining restaurant, as well as in a busy banqueting department.
* Work collaboratively as part of a tight-knit team to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality cuisine.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Excellent knowledge of hygiene and HACCP practices.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ambitious and hard-working individual with a proven track record of teamwork.
