Context:

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission (CoM) and Head of Unit in Dublin and direct supervision of the Senior Integration Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for the support requirements of the project assisting Beneficiaries of Temporary Protection (BOTP's) in Ireland.

This role will focus on facilitating the integration of BOTP's in Ireland by promoting access to support services, language provision, and individualised assistance. The role will include other programme related responsibilities as required.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

* Assist in the implementation and monitoring of project activities.
* Retrieve, compile, summarize, analyse, and present information/data on specific project topics.
* Support the Senior Integration Associate with the development and implementation of the integration strategy through research and additional support as required.
* Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments of BOTPs prior to intensive interventions, ensuring they receive essential information for informed decision-making. Provide individualized case support when feasible.
* Maintain coordination with diverse organizational units and external parties to initiate requests, obtain necessary clearances, process and follow-up on administrative actions, etc.
* Disseminate key and accurate information to BOTP's. Ensure cases with vulnerabilities identified have been referred as necessary. Provide translation and interpretation services as necessary.
* Draft status reports, identifying shortfalls in delivery, bring them to the attention of the supervisor and suggest remedial actions.
* Draft correspondence on project issues; prepare and update reports, briefing notes, graphics, statistical tables, presentation and other forms of documentation.
* Respond to complex information requests and inquiries; set up and maintain files/records; organize meetings, workshops and training sessions;
* Participate in meetings and conferences; assist in coordinating implementation activities with local authorities, partners, United Nation agencies, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, donors and other stakeholders relevant to the project.
* Assist in monitoring work of implementing partners and report non-compliances to the supervisor.
* Provides guidance/training to new/junior staff.
* Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

* School diploma with five years of relevant experience; or,
* Bachelor's degree in Political or Social Sciences, International Relations, Development Studies, Migration Studies, Human Rights, Law or related fields from an accredited academic institution with three years of relevant professional experience.

Experience:

* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Good knowledge of information technology and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher.
* Experience in working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, victims of trafficking and other vulnerable groups; and,
* Prior work experience with international humanitarian organizations, non-government or government institutions/organization in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage.

Skills:

* In depth knowledge of the broad range of migration related subject areas dealt with by the Organization; and,
* Case management skills

Languages:

* For this position, fluency in English, Ukrainian and/or Russian is required (oral and written).
