Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing company banking, ensuring the accuracy of VAT and tax returns, and maintaining efficient invoice processing.
Main Responsibilities:
* Banking and Cash Management: Monitor and manage company bank accounts, ensure timely reconciliations, and maintain accurate records.
* Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit accurate VAT and tax returns, in accordance with relevant regulations.
* Invoicing and Accounts Payable: Process invoices, manage accounts payable, and maintain up-to-date records.
* General Administration: Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including diary management and filing.
Requirements:
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in finance or accounting.
* Familiarity with office management and diary organization software.
* In-depth knowledge of banking, invoicing, and taxation laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
* Bonus points for proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
