You will lead a multidisciplinary team and work closely with the Partnership to identify areas for improvement in the processes and technology across the firm. You and your team will then design and implement solutions, keeping up to date with and in line with any compliance or risk requirements.This is a Senior role within the firm and you will need:To be comfortable building strong relationships with stakeholders in all practice areas.Experience as a people manager and be able to support and mentor staff from a number of different disciplines – both legal and technology focused.A strong understanding of legal technology and systems – the operation of and also the evaluation and implementation process for new systems.This is a key hire for this firm and they are keen to meet suitable candidates.
