Lead Service Manager
The Lead Service Manager will oversee the overall management of the service, providing exceptional quality person-centered care to residents, and ensuring compliance with HIQA standards.
* Supervise staff team, provide guidance, and leadership
* Coordinate appointments with multidisciplinary teams
* Develop and implement effective care plans
The ideal candidate will have a QQI Level 7 Degree in Social Care or a relevant Allied Healthcare discipline, and a minimum of three years' experience in a management or supervisory role.
