It may also be challenging, at times. In this role, individuals may be exposed to potentially objectionable and sensitive content, including graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious material. Participation in Accenture's well-being support program is encouraged to promote individual and collective well-being.Content moderators serve as an important line of defense by helping improve the quality and safety of online content while gaining valuable experience. You will analyze and review user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content, and investigate, escalate, or resolve issues flagged by users or the system. Due to the nature of the role, exposure to flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns may occur.You should have an interest in protecting and improving user experience and AI-related content. You should be willing to develop a critical understanding of abuse and policy issues and review large volumes of content to ensure platform policy compliance.Minimum QualificationsA bachelor's degree or relevant experienceProficiency in German and English1+ years of customer service or partner management experienceProven written and oral communication skillsIntermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Google WorkspaceAbility to work under tight deadlines across multiple workflowsOffice-based role in Dublin 18, with potential for flexible shifts including weekends and public holidaysPreferred QualificationsGood knowledge of Excel and/or Google WorkspacePrevious content review experienceExperience with CRM softwareAs part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an English language test and a language test in the relevant language for this role.
