Key Responsibilities:

5. Mentor PhD students and oversee research supervision
6. Contribute to the service activities of the School
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- PhD or equivalent in Marketing or a closely related field
- Proven excellent track record of high-quality research outputs
- Leadership capability in research
- Experience in supervising Ph.D. students or other research teams
- Depth and breadth of teaching experience in higher education
- Excellence in teaching
- Interpersonal and communication skills
