Spa Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Spa Cleaner to join the team at Farnham Estate.
The Spa Supervisor oversees daily spa operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth staff coordination, and high service standards.
This role supports both the Spa Manager and Assistant Spa Manager by supervising staff, maintaining facility standards, and assisting with administrative and guest service responsibilities.

Role/Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Experience
Supervise daily spa operations to ensure services run efficiently and on schedule
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and ambiance standards across all spa areas
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Staff Supervision
Supervise, support, and motivate spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants
Assist with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage
Provide on-the-job training and coaching to maintain service quality and professionalism
Monitor staff performance and report issues or achievements to the Spa Manager
Administrative Duties
Assist with inventory control, product usage, and stock ordering
Handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-day reporting when required
Support promotional activities, packages, and upselling of spa services and retail products
Ensure accurate booking management and smooth front desk operations
Standards & Quality Control
Enforce spa policies, procedures, and service standards
Conduct regular checks of treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies
Ensure therapists follow treatment protocols and brand standards
Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years of experience in a spa or wellness environment, with supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of spa treatments, products, and wellness practices
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
