Residential Development Project Lead
We are seeking an experienced project lead to oversee the delivery of a large-scale residential development in North Dublin.
* To lead and manage all aspects of site operations from groundworks to handover;
* Coordinate subcontractors, direct labour, and materials delivery;
* Evaluate compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies;
This is a high-profile project set over a four-year timeline that includes the construction of hundreds of residential units, associated infrastructure, and public spaces. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality, schedule, and cost targets are met throughout the project lifecycle.
A strong background in managing multi-disciplinary teams is required. Proficiency in current Irish building regulations and health & safety standards is essential.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills as they will work closely with multiple stakeholders including engineers, architects, and local authorities.
