Job Description:

Responsibilities:
1. Assist our client’s community by resolving inquiries empathetically, accurately, and promptly.
2. Maintain knowledge of client’s products and community standards.
3. Make balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
4. Demonstrate strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, emphasizing empathy.
5. Investigate and resolve issues reported on the platform, including account support requests and reports of abuse.
6. Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
7. Utilize market-specific knowledge to identify scalable solutions for community support.
8. Analyze data to improve user experience on the site.
9. Monitor and enforce the client’s Terms of Use, reporting abuse appropriately.
10. Review reported content within standard turnaround times and quality standards.
11. Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.
12. Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
13. Operate effectively in a fast-paced, pressured environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
14. Make decisions, solve problems, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
15. Work collaboratively as part of a team to meet KPIs.
Candidate Requirements:
* Proficiency in Hungarian and English.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Reliability, consistency, and a strong work ethic.
* Passion for ensuring a positive and safe user experience.
* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
* Quick learner with the ability to acquire new information rapidly.
* Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
