Business Development Manager Commercial - Remote Background: Medihive is expanding the reach of HasHealth, our market-leading pharmacy scheduling and appointments platform.
Following strong growth in the UK and Ireland, we are now accelerating international expansion across emerging European markets such as Poland, Romania, and Portugal, while deepening partnerships with major UK pharmacy chains HasHealth enables pharmacy groups to deliver clinical and retail health services at scale - from vaccinations and weight management to private GP and screening programmes - through a unified, white-labelled SaaS platform.
We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can build strategic relationships with large pharmacy chains and healthcare networks, driving adoption of HasHealth across new territories.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience selling SaaS solutions to pharmacy or related retail healthcare organisations, particularly those focused on scheduling, appointments, or patient engagement.
Job Description: Build and execute a go-to-market plan for HasHealth across emerging pharmacy markets (e.g. Poland, Romania, Portugal) and the UK.
Identify, engage, and close new enterprise opportunities with pharmacy groups, franchise networks, and healthcare retail providers.
Understand each customers operational challenges, digital maturity, and growth priorities - positioning HasHealth as the enabler of scalable service delivery.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposal development, pricing, contracting, and negotiation.
Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success.
Represent Medihive at pharmacy industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to drive visibility and pipeline growth.
Track performance metrics and maintain CRM discipline (HubSpot), ensuring accurate forecasting and deal progression.
Work closely with Marketing to localise messaging and support lead generation in target regions.
Candidate Requirements: Proven track record of B2B sales success selling SaaS or digital solutions to pharmacy chains, healthcare retailers, or similar multi-site operators.
Experience launching or scaling solutions into new markets, ideally within emerging European regions.
Deep understanding of pharmacy workflows - especially around appointments, service delivery, or scheduling solutions.
Strategic and consultative seller with strong commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional European languages desirable).
Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
Competent with CRM (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and proposal management tools.
Minimum 35 years experience in a similar role.
