About The Role
As Housekeeping Manager, you will play a central role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional guest care. You will lead and motivate the housekeeping team, uphold brand standards, and ensure a welcoming, immaculate environment across all guest rooms and public areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver consistently high standards
Oversee daily operations across rooms, public spaces, laundry, and stores
Implement efficient scheduling, stock control, and cost management
Monitor quality through regular inspections and performance reviews
Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to optimise guest satisfaction
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene guidelines
Drive team engagement and foster a positive, supportive working environment
About You:
Previous experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role in hotels
Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
