We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team.
* HR Administrative Tasks: Assist with HR-related activities, including maintaining employee records and handling onboarding and offboarding processes.
* Report Generation: Prepare and manage various reports, ensuring accuracy and timely distribution to relevant stakeholders.
* Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for staff members.
* Liaison with Recruitment: Collaborate with the recruitment team to coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
* General Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing calendars and handling correspondence.
* Office Management: Ensure the office is well-maintained and oversee facility-related tasks.
