Seeds Of Hope Educational Tent provides safe and structured learning environments for children displaced by the war on Gaza. These tents serve as spaces for learning, healing, and hope, allowing children to reconnect with childhood activities such as drawing, reading, and learning. The initiative aims to offer psychosocial support, restore a sense of normalcy, and help children prepare for exams, potentially opening doors to future opportunities. Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Savvy Social Media Volunteer. The Social Media Volunteer will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, implementing social media strategies to raise awareness and funding, engaging with the online community, and promoting Seeds Of Hope Educational Tent's mission. The volunteer will also work closely with the Cofounder to ensure consistent messaging and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
* Experience in social media marketing, digital strategy, or content creation
* Strong writing and communication skills
* Comfortable with tools like Canva, Capcut, Later etc
* Passionate about education, children’s rights, and social justice
* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup
* Experience in nonprofit or educational sectors is a plus
* Familiarity with using various social media platforms and analytics tools (Instagram, FB & LinkedIn)
