Front Desk Coordinator
* Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls, taking and relaying messages accurately.
* Manage mail, packages, and deliveries.
* Provide information about services to patients.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying. Provide support to various departments as needed.
Key requirements include previous experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and a positive attitude.
