As a Water Sports Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional water activities to our guests. Your key responsibilities include meeting and greeting guests, coaching and supervising them in various water sports, overseeing the hire of equipment, operating the till, and ensuring lake safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet guests with a warm and welcoming approach
* C coach and supervise guests in various water sports, including sailing, kayaking, and paddleboarding
* Oversee the hire of equipment, including boats and other watercraft
* Operate the till and manage sales and rentals
* Ensure lake safety by monitoring water conditions and enforcing safety protocols
Requirements and Qualifications
* Good communication skills
* Emergency First Aid Qualification
* Sociably confident with an outgoing, cheerful approach
* Ability to work well in a team environment
* Must be aged 18 years or over
