We are seeking an experienced and qualified Carpentry Foreman to oversee residential construction and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage teams and workflows effectively on site.
Requirements:
Fully qualified carpenter with extensive on-site experience.
Proven experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor, ideally in residential or renovation projects (e.g., attic conversions).
Excellent knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and health & safety procedures.
Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Full, clean driving licence.
