Job Title: Site Project Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Site Project Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level and work on exciting commercial refurbishment projects.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the construction of residential developments. You will act as a point of contact for direct staff, subcontractors, clients, and the design team. You will report into and support the Site Project Manager and Director.
You will oversee and manage commercial refurbishment projects, including managing manpower on site, ensuring that productivity levels are high, and works are completed on time and within budget. You will also ensure that company policies, including health and safety policies, are adhered to on site.
Requirements
* A degree in construction management or trade background.
* A minimum of 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
* Experience working on refurbishment projects and live sites is preferred.
