Fire Surveyor – Dublin
Fire Surveyor job in Dublin for an established fire consultancy. The role will be carrying out surveys and assessments including EWS1 / remedial cladding & façades for both residential and commercial buildings. The role offers a salary of €57,000 – €80,000 + Bonus + 27 Days Holiday + BH + hybrid working + healthcare + continuous CPD / professional development.

Role & Responsibilities
1. Provide sound technical advice to clients in relation to products, systems and how they fit into the overall fire safety objective, including EWS1 surveys
2. Recommend and identify CPD opportunities to the company and highlight CPD initiatives to their immediate team
3. Client management
4. Liaise with the project manager/project engineer to deliver surveys in line with contractual requirements
5. Manage the six aspects of your projects including scope, schedule, finance, risk, quality, and resources, ensuring adherence to deadlines, time limits and budget
6. Strong skill set in digital working, quality management including processes and deliverables.
Required Skills & Experience
7. 5+ Years in construction with 3+ years working as a Surveyor / Building Control Surveyor
8. Experienced in fire stopping / dry lining
9. Must be MRICS, MCABE, MIFIREE, MCIOB or working towards
10. Understanding of building pathology, building concepts, construction typology and building materials
11. Experience with cladding & Facades / EWS1
12. UK Driving Licence and own vehicle.
