Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Manager located in Dublin. The Residential Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of residential properties, supervise and manage staff, interact with tenants to address concerns, and implement policies to ensure smooth operations. The role will involve budgeting, managing property maintenance, coordinating staff training, and ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
* Strong Communication and People Management skills to effectively interact with tenants, staff, and stakeholders.
* Knowledge in Residential Real Estate and experience managing residential properties.
* Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to oversee property expenses and ensure cost efficiency.
* Experience in Training staff and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
* Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively.
* Familiarity with property management software or tools would be an advantage.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
