About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment function, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent across Ireland, Northern Ireland, and the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with senior leadership, hiring managers, and HR teams to drive business growth through effective talent acquisition strategies.
The successful candidate will have experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, preferably in engineering or manufacturing, and possess strong influencing and negotiating skills. They will also be able to manage high volumes of requisitions within rapidly changing environments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top candidates through proactive market research and social media engagement.
* Candidate Management: Support the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and candidate screening while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues to understand staffing needs and provide expert recruitment advice.
* Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of openings, focusing on the hiring needs of the organization, maintaining excellent records in our ATS.
* Technical Expertise: Apply strong technical expertise in strategic sourcing, candidate and client management, data analysis, and project management to find top talent.
* Negotiation: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through ongoing relationship management.
* Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
* Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience: 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience required. Experience in engineering or manufacturing desirable.
* Influencing Skill: Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
* Company Representation: Attending networking events and recruitment fairs, representing the organization and promoting our company culture.
* Adaptability: Demonstrated success in managing high volumes of requisitions within rapidly changing environments.
* Technical Skills: Strong technical expertise in direct sourcing techniques and experience using ATS. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Legal Knowledge: A strong understanding of compensation guidelines, legal implications in hiring, and relocation processes.
