Daily Tasks of a Customer Service Representative
* Serve as the primary internal representative of the organization.
* Convey our expertise in products, services, and capabilities to customers.
* Educate the community and customers externally about our offerings.
* Communicate customer requirements to support teams following company policies.
* Assist customers via telephone or in-person with information, orders, account issues, or complaints.
* Determine charges, collect payments, and arrange billing.
* Attract potential customers by answering questions and suggesting other products/services.
