About The Job
As a member of the Harvey Normans Integrated Inventory Planning Team and based onsite in Swords Corporate Office, you will manage stock allocations and replenishments to stores while supporting the planning function. Collaborating closely with the Merchandise Planner, you will analyse sales trends, monitor deliveries, and maintain optimal stock levels.

THE ROLE
Your Tasks Will Include

* Manage stock replenishment cycles and raise purchase orders in line with demand forecasts.
* Collaborate with suppliers and buying teams to ensure stock availability, timely deliveries, and alignment with product life cycles.
* Maintain accurate order books by monitoring delivery schedules, cancelling ages orders and proactively resolving supply issues.
* Ensure optimal stock levels by maintaining availability of core lines while avoiding overstocking.
* Monitor sales performance to identify opportunities for additional buys and mitigate risks from slow-moving or excess stock.
* Generate and analyse reports on categories, brands, and products to track inventory and margin performance across the division.
* Develop expertise in internal reporting systems, becoming a super-user of Excel-based and SAP tools to enhance reporting capabilities.
* Support data accuracy and administration, ensuring correct product coding and attributes while providing full administrative support to the Inventory team.

Your Knowledge, Skills, And Experience Will Include

* Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to manipulate data from multiple sources, build clear and insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making.
* A collaborative approach, with a focus on building trust and rapport across teams and suppliers.
* Strategic and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative and effectively prioritise workload in a dynamic environment.

Additional Information

* This is a permanent role subject to a six-month probationary period.
* The successful candidate will be required to attend a company induction day in Dublin City Centre.
