We are seeking an experienced RGN, RNID, or RCN to provide high-quality nursing care to a young child in their home. This is an opportunity for you to make a meaningful difference in the life of your client and their family.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing flexible evening care, ensuring the child maintains their routine and stays safe at home. This role requires strong clinical skills, adaptability, and a genuine commitment to child-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing one-to-one nursing care focused on PEG feeding, seizure management, and mobility support
* Maintaining accurate records of client's progress and medication administration
* Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed
