This is a comprehensive HR role, providing support across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' generalist HR experience, with expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and training development.
Key responsibilities include:
* Oversight of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
* Management of employee relations matters, including disciplinary investigations, grievances, absence management, and welfare
* Assistance in creating and delivering a training and development plan to support apprenticeships, graduate training, and more
* Conducting exit interviews and managing the leaver process
* Coordination of employee appraisals and performance tracking
* Providing HR guidance to employees and managers on terms, conditions, and HR issues
* Contribution to the development of HR policies and procedures
* Benchmarking compensation packages and tracking labour market trends
* Maintenance of confidentiality in all HR-related activities
The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of current employment legislation and HR best practices, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and an organised, proactive approach.
