About Your New Job
As the Senior Regulatory Analyst,
you
will:
Conduct regulatory assessments of Approved Housing Bodies (AHBs), prepare and share outcomes, and evaluate registration requests.
Contribute to risk evaluation, regulatory policy development, and oversee AHBRA's monitoring and concerns programmes.
Support key regulatory tasks such as analysing data and preparing reports, briefings, and presentations for sector oversight.
Work collaboratively with senior staff, stakeholders, and regulatory teams to identify issues, shape recommendations, and enhance regulatory standards.
Mentor teammates and undertake ad-hoc duties to ensure excellence in sector regulation.
What Skills You Need
Significant experience in a financial, regulatory, audit, compliance, or analytical role.
Level 8 qualification (NFQ) or equivalent experience in regulation, legal, compliance, risk, governance, finance, assurance, housing, property, or tenancy management.
Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret data, prepare reports, and communicate complex findings clearly.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; proven ability to build relationships and influence in a multidisciplinary environment.
Experience in risk evaluation, assurance, and governance is desirable.

Salary: €57,895 to €70,730 (Senior Staff Officer Scale, incremental public sector pay progression).
Permanent, pensionable position with flexible hours and blended working: up to 40% remote during probation; 60% after passing probation.
