We are looking for an ambitious CT Specialist Radiographer with proven experience in managing a team in a clinical setting, ideally with firsthand clinical experience. Play a key leadership role during a major CT service expansion. Work with a team of expert Radiologists and Radiographers. Be involved in cutting edge imaging, innovation, and future forward service delivery. Gain exposure to the latest imaging equipment and software. Responsibilities will include: Lead and manage the daily operation of the CT service as the Clinical Specialist Radiographer. Oversee the commissioning, integration, and clinical optimisation of the new CT scanner. Ensure high standards of image quality, radiation safety, and patient care are maintained at all times. Develop and implement CT protocols, quality assurance programs, and safety procedures. Manage staff training and rotation within the CT department to ensure adequate skill coverage. Support the Radiography Service Manager in service planning, resource management, and policy development. Supervise and mentor radiography staff, students, and trainees in CT imaging. Participate in ongoing service improvement, audits, risk management, and clinical governance initiatives. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, servicing, and maintenance in accordance with clinical demand. Eligibility Criteria: BSc in Diagnostic Radiography (or equivalent recognised by CORU). Hold full CORU Registration Minimum of 6 years post-graduate experience in Radiography, with at least 3 years in CT. Postgraduate qualification in CT Imaging is desirable IV cannulation certified.
