Salt Cave Paradise Balbriggan are looking for a General Assistant for our Salt Cave Halotherapy and our Salt Cave Paradise premises in Balbriggan, Co. Dublin.
This position will require working in both locations.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic people who work well as part of a team and also show initiative and flair for customer service. Full training will be provided.
As part of your role you will be:
* In charge of welcoming our customers
* General introduction to what is the benefits of salt therapy is
* General cleaning of the caves and surrounding areas
* Communicating with the other staff and manager about customer queries.
* Replenishing product stock
* Taking bookings and replying to emails and answering phone calls
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From €14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
Experience:
* Customer service: 2 years (required)
